Fire Detection

Fire detection systems are crucial safety solutions designed to provide early warning of a fire. These systems utilize various sensors, including smoke detectors and heat detectors, strategically placed throughout a property. When smoke, excessive heat, or other signs of fire are detected, the system triggers an immediate audible alarm and can automatically notify occupants, emergency services, and monitoring centers. Their primary purpose is to give individuals precious time to evacuate safely and to enable a rapid response, minimizing damage and saving lives.

What we do

  • Our team installs hardwired or wireless smoke detectors, heat detectors, and CO sensors throughout your home. We ensure each device is correctly mounted, connected to power (with battery backup), and networked to sound an alert across the entire house when triggered.

  • For monitored systems, we install a control panel that connects to your detectors and communicates with a 24/7 monitoring center. In the event of a fire, the system can alert emergency responders—even if you’re not home. Many systems can also send mobile alerts directly to your phone.

  • We test every installed device to ensure it functions properly, checking for correct sensor activation, alarm sound levels, and backup battery status. We also make sure the system communicates successfully with the monitoring center, where applicable.

  • For added peace of mind, we offer professional fire alarm monitoring that operates around the clock. If a fire or carbon monoxide event is detected, the monitoring center will immediately contact emergency services and notify you.

  • We offer regular maintenance services to keep your fire detection system in top working condition. This includes replacing backup batteries, testing sensors, cleaning devices to prevent false alarms, and upgrading outdated equipment.

  • We show you and your family how to use your system confidently. This includes how to silence false alarms, interpret warning signals, and respond appropriately in an emergency. We also provide maintenance tips and support if you ever need assistance.
